Important tips for skin care:
1. Choose gentle shower products. Shower gel should be chosen with a neutral pH and enriched with lipids. In all cases, it is necessary to thoroughly wash off the product
2. Give preference to the shower rather than the bath. If you still like to take a bath, do it not more than a couple of times a week and no longer than 15 minutes at a time
3. Wash with warm-, not hot water
4. Wipe the skin dry with gentle care. Do not scratch or injure the skin. The remnants of moisture will either be absorbed or will vaporise
5. Moisturize any type of skin. Properly selected moisturizer will preserve the hydrolipidic film of the epidermis
6. Be sure to use UV-cream. To keep your skin healthy, don’t go out in the sun without protection
7. Apply cream 20 minutes before going outside. As with any types of cream, this is especially true in the cold season and in windy weather
8. Drink enough water and eat a balanced diet
9. Get enough sleep
10. Quit smoking. Smoking has a harmful effect on the skin: the complexion becomes dull, the cellular metabolism gets disturbed and premature wrinkles can appear
